This site’s main purpose is to house and share my learning and scholarship through a Masters Degree in Educational Technology. Hands-on learning and teaching has shaped much of who I have become and continues to inform my practice as a teacher of disciplines in Acting for Stage & Film, Digital Film & Video production, B&W Film & Digital Photography/Printmaking, Stagecraft, Musical Theatre, & Art.
This super-small business grew out of the disintegration of a district career preparation program I rebuilt at my school. The program grew like a small production house but almost 10 years later did not meet obsolete criteria during an audit since work experience in this field is now generally been closed off due to union liabilities. Now I hire students who have graduated from my elective classes to help me from time to time–live shows, promos, weddings, etc.
Raising a family with my partner, two dogs, a house and garden in constant need, and like most everyone else, trying to make the world a better place.
